PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- All lanes of Interstate 95 southbound at Route 141 in Newport, Delaware, are back open after a dump truck crashed into the overpass early Wednesday morning.

Traffic has been slow moving in several spots around Philadelphia and in Delaware Wednesday morning due to not only holiday traffic, but also crashes on the roadways.

The crash on I-95 in Delaware happened around 4:15 a.m.

Officials say a dump truck in the up position struck the RT-141 bridge, knocking a traffic sign, before hitting another truck, sending it into the brush on the side of the highway.

Chopper 6 was overhead the crash, where crews could be seen trying to clear the roadway.
