Crews responded to the home on Fireside Circle in Mansfield Township just before 9 a.m.
Police and firefighters teamed up to get the victim out.
He was flown to Temple Burn Center for treatment.
Several first responders were treated for smoke inhalation following the rescue.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
