PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Officials are at the scene of a partial home collapse in North Philadelphia.
It happened just before 9 a.m. on Thursday in the 2900 block of N. 3rd Street.
Everyone inside was able to make it out safely, according to officials.
The cause of the partial collapse remains under investigation.
