The annual event raises money for the Narberth Ambulance.
"We have over 100 sponsors that help us buy a brand new ambulance. That's our end goal," said Chief of Narberth Ambulance Operations, John Mick. We really want to stay top of the line with equipment we have, to make sure all our people in our community and that travel through are well protected."
Mick says this year more than 400 cyclists participated. The event also hosted the PA State Criterium.
"We've seen them across the country, we spend some time in Northern California, it's a thing out there and this looks like a really great one," said one visitor.
People come from all over to watch and participate.
Action News spoke with one cyclist fresh off the course. He traveled from New York City.
"Early morning, long train home, unfortunately not winning, still really glad I came out," said Ray Sanders. "I'll be back."
The course took riders on a one mile loop through Lancaster Avenue in downtown Ardmore, to Suburban Square and the business district.
"I used to ride, now I just sit on the sidelines and watch, and this is perfect," said Franne McNeal of Bryn Mawr.
In the event's 10 year history, it has evolved to include performances and a family fun zone with carnival games, a rock-climbing wall and an obstacle course.
There's also a number of local food and beverage vendors who participate.
"The kids love just coming out here. A lot of events across the street. All around good day," said Art Shala of Ardmore.
