Action News was in the 1000 block of West Cumberland Street early Sunday.
Police say the victim walked out of the Dew Drop Inn Bar at 12:45 a.m. Sunday, and someone opened fire.

He was struck several times.
He was rushed to Temple University Hospital in a private, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
There was no immediate word what led to the shooting.
Police have made no arrests.
