FREDERICA, Del. (WPVI) -- Police say a man that was shot and killed after a police chase waved a gun-shaped cigarette lighter.
The incident happened Monday night in Frederica, Delaware.

Police released a photo Thursday of the gun-shaped cigarette lighter they say Raymond Hutson was waving around when he was shot.
At the time, police thought it was a gun.

The officer who fired and struck Hutson has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
