PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- As what would have been Shadeed Hall's 35th birthday approaches on November 21, his family is still searching for answers in his killing.
Hall was visiting his childhood neighborhood on the 2200 block of South Felton Street in Southwest Philadelphia when he was shot and killed on July 24.
His family says they are hoping for closure.
"I just encourage somebody to come forward. Do what you would want done for your family. If you knew something, just say something," a relative said.
Authorities are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.
