A Florida man described as an ISIS sympathizer is under arrest, accused of plotting an attack on a beach.
Authorities say 23-year-old Harlem Suarez planned to bury a backpack bomb full of nails in the sand and detonate it using his phone.

Federal officials arrested him after he allegedly accepted a fake bomb from the FBI.
Suarez recently converted to Islam.
One of his Facebook friends tipped off authorities after he posted statements promoting ISIS.
