Action News has learned that federal agents visited the Oxford Valley Mall to look into the owner of a kiosk formerly located near the food court.
It was one of several operated by 30-year-old Abror Habibov.
He is accused of financing a plot for two other men to join ISIS.
All three were arrested last week.
Habibov also ran a phone repair kiosk at the Dover Mall, before he abruptly closed it in August.
