A news conference is planned for Thursday.
Around 7:30 p.m. April 19, Angelika Graswald and her fiance, Vincent Viafore, both of Poughkeepsie, were kayaking on the Hudson near Cornwall.

According to Trooper Steven Nevel in Middletown, the water got rough with strong winds, and Viafore's kayak overturned. Graswald, 35, also fell out of her own kayak and was able to contact 911. She was found in the water by a boater and rescued.
Viafore, 46, was not wearing a flotation device and was unable to return to his kayak.
The complaint said that Graswald "intentionally cause(d) the death of Vincent Viafore."
Searchers looked for Viafore until late Sunday and resumed Monday morning in Cornwall-on-Hudson, about 50 miles north of New York City.
Both kayaks were located and recovered, but Viafore has not been found.
Graswald was treated and released from a local hospital for hypothermia.
