It happened around 11 a.m. on the unit block of Cabin Club Lane in Pocopson Township.
Chopper 6 was over the scene where smoke could be seen billowing from the roof.
Authorities say the home sustained heavy fire damage.
There are no reports of any injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
