The call to North 25th Street and Harrison Avenue went out around 11:30 p.m.
Flames quickly spread to the roof, triggering the cave-in.
No one was inside the home at the time.
The fire melted the siding on the home next door.
Investigators are now trying to determine the cause of the fire.
