CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- A fast-moving fire damaged two row homes in Chester, Delaware County.
It started before 11:30 p.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Caldwell Street.
Firefighters say it started in one home but spread to a second before they could put out the flames.
No one was hurt.
Fire investigators were working to determine the cause.
