FELTONVILLE (WPVI) -- A fast-moving fire forced a family out of their home in Philadelphia's Feltonville neighborhood.
The fire started around 1:30 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of East Louden Street.

Flames were showing on the second floor of the row-house when firefighters arrived.
The residents all got out safely.
The blaze is under investigation.
