EAST KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- Fleur's in East Kensington describes itself as "French in spirit, Philly at heart."
Chef George Sabatino is one of three partners who came up on the Philly restaurant scene, with Joshua Mann and Graham Gernsheimer. The group says when they were considering spaces, they knew that the former furniture store from the 1800s was the one.
Classic French dishes are artfully crafted and presented with the chef's personal touches, and the raw bar is front and center in the multi-level space. For now, Fleur's is dinner-only, but plans are in the works to add brunch.
Future expansion includes an event space, rooftop access, and boutique hotel rooms.
