PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A former bouncer convicted of killing a bar patron outside a club in the Gayborhood, was sentenced to up to five years behind bars.
Kenneth Frye was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for the punching death of 41-year-old Eric Pope, outside of the former Tabu lounge and sports bar, 4 years ago.
Frye was working at the bar, when Pope was removed for being intoxicated.
Prosecutors said Frye punched Pope, who then fell backward and hit his head.
He died days later.
