Incredibly, no one was hurt.
The crash happened just before 9:30pm between the Girard Avenue exit and the exit to I-676.
Pennsylvania State Police say the driver lost control in the northbound lanes, flipped over the median, and landed in southbound lanes.
The video shows one person who was tossed from the vehicle, then gets up and rushes to help others.
A witness named Zenia, who provided the video, said, "That was amazing to me. Everyone got dragged out of the car. All the Samaritans dragged the three passengers and the driver out of the car. They refused medical assistance and the ambulance just drove off. They all got into the state police car."
State Police did confirm there were no injuries reported.
