IKEA customers file tariffs lawsuit in Philadelphia

Updated 2 hours ago
PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- There is new fallout from the Supreme Court's decision to strike down President Trump's sweeping tariffs.

Two IKEA customers have filed a federal class-action lawsuit in Philadelphia, seeking money back, according to a court filing.

They're demanding refunds and claim IKEA inflated prices to offset the tariffs.

One of the customers is suing to get less than $20 back.

IKEA isn't commenting on the lawsuit. The company's North American headquarters is located in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.

Some companies are refunding money, while others are doing so through slashed prices.
