Man wanted for indecent assault at South Philly dollar store surrenders to police

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A suspect surrendered to police on Wednesday night in connection with an indecent assault of a woman at a South Philadelphia dollar store.

The incident happened on June 23 at the Dollar Tree store located at 56 E. Snyder Avenue.

Police say 35-year-old Gary Miles voluntarily surrendered one day after a surveillance photo was released to the public.

He has been charged with Indecent Assault, Indecent Exposure, Open Lewdness, and Harassment.
