The crash happened around 4 p.m. on the 700 block of North Tuckahoe Road in Williamstown.
Officials said nine students and the school bus driver were transported for evaluation.
A mother and her three children who were traveling in another vehicle involved in the crash are also being evaluated.
Authorities said all injuries appear to be non-life-threatening.
The view from Chopper 6 showed a dump truck and several other vehicles involved in the wreck.
As a result of the crash, North Tuckahoe Road is expected to remain closed for an extended period between Glassboro Road and Clayton Road.
Motorists are being urged to avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
