The video from Aug. 23 shows an officer pulling York from an SUV and placing him in handcuffs.
Police allege York used a prostitution website to arrange a meeting with someone, who was actually an undercover officer, in exchange for $140.

York was initially charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools. Under a plea deal, the prostitution charge was reduced to disorderly conduct.
York pleaded no contest to both counts.
He also agreed to pay a $1,150 fine and spend one day in jail. The NFL says the matter will be reviewed under its personal conduct policy.
