PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Jefferson Methodist Hospital in South Philadelphia remains closed Thursday after a power outage.
However, the emergency room is open for walk-ins.
Officials say a flood in the basement likely led to the power outage on Tuesday night.
The outage prompted 120 patients to be evacuated.
Joe Cacchione, the CEO of Jefferson, said the water issue has been contained, adding that they are working as quickly as possible to become fully operational.
