PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- It's been over seven months since two people were fatally shot while inside a vehicle in the city's Mantua section.

Officials are still looking to solve the case.

Police were called to the 700 block of Union Street around 10 p.m. on December 26, 2024.

When they arrived, they found two people shot and killed.

"Upon arrival and inside a white Cadillac SUV there were two victims. They had been shot numerous times," says John Appledorn, President of the Citizens Crime Commission.

One of those victims was 51-year-old Kemo Vaughn of Upper Darby.

He was in the driver's seat.

"Police are looking for who saw, heard or knows something about this job," says Appledorn.

There is a $20,000 reward being offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case.

Those tips can remain anonymous.
