ELSMERE, Del. (WPVI) -- A Delaware police officer has a purr-fect new pet, having solved what the Elsmere Police Department calls the "Mystery of the Meowing Police Car."
Officers had heard the meowing periodically over two shifts.
When firefighters went underneath the police vehicle, they found a kitten hiding in the car's frame and safely recovered the animal.
One of the officers decided to adopt the kitten and named it "Felony."
