A pair of South Philadelphia street artists created a know your rights installation, where those passing by can take pocket-sized guides on how to handle encounters with ICE.
The bold public project is using art to educate the public on how to protect themselves.
On the "Know Your Rights" installation, are cards in Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, and Chinese, and it lays out the steps if one encounters ICE agents.
Right now, their installation-- at the corner of Washington and Passyunk in South Philadelphia-- has been up since last Summer, but recently became viral on social media.
"Let's be frank, this shouldn't need to exist, right? This shouldn't be a thing that we have to do," said Jay-- one of the street artists, who goes by South Philly Jay.
"But people want this information right now, and I think there's a lot of fear and a lot of confusion."
