Parents told police that on June 6th, a juvenile male invited a group of young girls into Askew's apartment on the 100 block of East Main Street.
Police say the boy recorded the girls while they were under the influence of alcohol and cough syrup.
Police say Askew was home at the time, and interacted with the children while this happened.
Askew is wanted on corruption of minors charges.
