An alleged serial bank bandit is off the streets thanks to the work of local law enforcement officers.
Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan thanked the Uwchlan police and Newtown Square FBI agents on Monday night, during a commendation ceremony.
They nabbed Marcus Ricketts of Boyertown who was indicted on federal bank robbery charges for four armed holdups since 2010 in Pottstown, Devon, Emmaus and Exton.
