BRISTOL BOROUGH, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- In the aftermath of Hurricane Melissa, local leaders gathered to make an impact.
Their fundraising efforts will benefit a hospital for children in Jamaica.
Christopher Chaplin, Honorary Consul of Jamaica in Philadelphia, was present to show support, as well as Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick.
The event was held by the Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce of the Northeast, the Keystone Community Coalition, and other community sponsors.
