'The Lord's Pantry of Downingtown' celebrates 60 years of helping others

DOWNINGTOWN, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- The Lord's Pantry of Downingtown has been serving their community in need for over 6 decades.

This year, they are celebrating their 60th year anniversary of giving back.

Over 700 families are registered for their programs.

They speak with volunteers through the phone and will physically shop through their space for them.

This gives them the freedom of choice of what they would like, rather than receiving pre-selected items.
