WYNNEWOOD, Pa. (WPVI) -- Lower Merion authorities declared a hazmat situation Monday night shortly after putting out a small fire.
First responders discovered a leak from a failed portable generator at the Green Hill Apartments on the 1000 block of City Avenue.

They thought it might be the chemical "PCB," a banned pollutant and suspected carcinogen.
But the department of environmental protection gave the all clear and no one was hurt
