The district attorney's office announced the arrest of 38-year-old Matthew Pappalardo of Lower Providence Twp. on Friday.
They say he was using an online app where people from across the world shared explicit images of children.
Authorities found evidence of Pappalardo talking to two teens and getting nude images from them.
Those teens were 13 and 14 years old.
Investigators say they also found a locked folder on Pappalardo's phone with multiple nude photos of children.
He is facing 45 counts of possessing child pornography and is being held on $45,000 bail.
