OVERBROOK (WPVI) -- A 19-year-old is in critical condition after an attempted robbery that police say led to a shooting in Philadelphia's Overbrook section.
Police tell Action News that the victim was approached by an armed suspect on the 7500 block of Woodcrest Avenue around midnight Friday.

The two got into a scuffle and the teenager was shot several times in the stomach.
The gunman ran off.
Police transported the victim to Penn Presbyterian Hospital where he's listed in critical condition.
