WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- Police have made an arrest after a woman was stabbed to death and left in a Wilmington porta-potty.
Timothy Jones has been charged with first degree murder.

Police said a man walking a dog in Kirkwood Park discovered the body early Sunday morning.
Police later identified the victim as Rashawana Weathers.
Police did not release information on a motive.
