SOUTH CHARLESTON, W. Va. (WPVI) -- Police bust a man twice in one day, for wanting to sing Justin Bieber songs to children.
The man was arrested Tuesday morning after he walked into a middle school in West Virginia and demanded to sing Bieber songs on the intercom system.

D'laontie Dee Lewis was taken to a hospital after the incident, only to escape a short time later.
Police say that's when Lewis ended up in a daycare center.
Lewis' friends say, he should be in a mental facility, not jail.
