PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police say they have a person in custody following reports that several women were followed home by the same man in Northern Liberties.

One woman told Action News she was followed for about 15 minutes from Northern Liberties to Fishtown after leaving the gym last Friday.

"He kept looking back at me, and it just kind of kept getting weirder and weirder. Every block, he started mouthing something," said Charlie Hudson.

After she shared her story online, another woman reported a similar encounter with the same individual.

Gina Dinardo said she spotted the same man when she arrived home early in Saturday morning at her Northern Liberties home.

"I turned around and just see this man standing there, and I was like, 'Oh my God, that is the man from the post I just read,'" she recalled.

Police say they are questioning a man fitting the suspect's description, though no charges have been filed.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 215-686-TIPS.
