Dillan Whaley-Brown, 22, was arrested on Saturday.
Police say 60-year-old Henry Snell was found lying on the 1300 block of North 11th Street with several stab wounds to his neck and chest.
Officials believe the stabbing stemmed from a domestic argument.
Whaley-Brown is facing charges of murder, possessing instruments of crime, and recklessly endangering another person.
The investigation remains ongoing.
