PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man is dead after being shot 23 times Friday evening.
The bullets were flying on the 5100 block of Wakefield Street in the Germantown section.

Philadelphia police responded to the scene at 4:50 p.m.
Authorities say the victim is a 23-year-old man.
