He has been identified as Christopher R. Forsythe, according to the Lehigh Coroner's Office.
The coroner's office was called to the 2800 block of Helen Street around 4:40 a.m. on Monday.
When firefighters arrived, officials say they recovered Forsythe from inside the home.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Forsythe's cause of death was due to inhalation of products of combustion and thermal injuries from the house fire, the coroner said. His manner of death is still pending.
A cause into the fire is under investigation.
