Man hospitalized after being shot in the back of the neck in South Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man is recovering, after being shot in the back of the neck in South Philadelphia.

Police say he was driving along the 2300 block of Bailey Terrace around 11:30 p.m. Saturday when he was shot.

He was hit one time, and drove himself to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he's in stable condition.

But authorities say his car was riddled with bullet holes. Police found 35 shell casings at the scene.

So far, no arrests have been made.
