Police say they were called to Marshall and Pike Streets around 11:30 p.m. on Friday.
That's where officers found an SUV that had been shot up.
Authorities say they were later notified of a man who arrived at the hospital with a gunshot wound to his foot.
That man is stable.
No arrests have been made.
