WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a fatal shooting of a man in West Philadelphia Monday afternoon.
The shooting happened around 4:15 p.m. near the intersection of 53rd and Delancey streets.
Police say a 39-year-old man was shot multiple times in the back.
He was transported to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made.
