BUENA VISTA TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Police are searching for the person who shot and killed a man late Thursday night in Buena Vista Township, Atlantic County.
The shooting happened around 10:30 p.m. on 9th Street near Jackson Road in the Newtonville section of the township.
The victim, said to be in his 30's, was found next to a running vehicle, shot twice in the neck and head.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
New Jersey State Police Major Crimes Unit is investigating.
