WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a homicide in West Philadelphia.
Police responded to the 5700 block of Spruce Street around 2 p.m. Sunday for a reported shooting.

Responding officers located a 27-year-old man shot 6-7 times in the face and chest.
He was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
