Man struck, killed by SEPTA train in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man was struck and killed by a SEPTA train in West Philadelphia.

It happened around 3 p.m. Saturday at the 40th Street Station.

Officials said a man was struck and killed by an Eastbound Market-Franford El train.

SEPTA resumed normal operations after about two hours, officials said.

The incident is under investigation.
