OLNEY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are looking for a man in connection with an incident in which a young girl was inappropriately touched in the city's Olney section.
It happened around 4 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Widener Street.

The 11-year-old victim told police a stranger walked up to her, reached out and assaulted her.
The girl ran home and called police.
