HOMESTEAD, Fla. (WPVI) -- Police officers caught a massive monster in Florida Wednesday.
A 9-foot long Burmese python was slithering around in a field, at Homestead High School.

No one was hurt during the capture.
The officers took the snake to Miami-Dade Fire Department's Venom Unit, where it will be transferred to Florida Fish and Wildlife department.
