In November, the league re-opened an investigation into complaints about sexist, racist, and anti-gay remarks.

It had previously closed the case due to lack of evidence, but new findings during outside counsel's independent review confirmed policy violations.

MLS also revealed that Tanner must complete a league-approved program before returning.
