Bail reduction denied for mom who 'gifted' daughter to Feasterville man

A woman charged with "gifting" her underage daughter to a Feasterville man will remain locked up for now.

FEASTERVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- A woman charged with "gifting" her underage daughter to a Feasterville man will remain locked up for now.

Savilla Stoltzfus remains in jail on $1 million bail after a Bucks County judge refused a request for bail reduction.

Savilla and husband, Daniel, are charged with child endangerment after police found a dozen girls living with Lee Kaplan.

Investigators remained at the Bucks County home of a man facing sex assault charges after allegedly fathering two children with a teenage girl who, police say, was "gifted" to him by her parents.

Daniel told police they "gave" there then 14-year-old daughter to Kaplan after he helped them financially.

Kaplan sired two children with the girl.

He faces sexual assault charges.
