PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A motorcyclist fell from the elevated portion of the Vine Street Expressway onto the street below in Philadelphia's Northern Liberties section.
It happened at 2nd St. near Callowhill St. just before 11 p.m.
The victim fell from the exit ramp from I-95 SB to I-676 WB.
Police haven't yet said how the motorcyclist fell.
They say he remained conscious and was able to talk, as he was taken to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in critical condition.
