MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. (WPVI) -- A Mount Laurel, New Jersey man is facing charges in connection with the sexual assault of an underage girl he allegedly met on a messaging app.
Jake Toczylowski, 25, is in police custody pending a detention hearing.
Investigators say he arranged to meet the victim in person after communicating with her online.
The alleged assault happened in his vehicle while it was parked on the street.
The suspect was most recently employed by the Mount Laurel Township Municipal Utilities Authority.
